Shipping, Payment & Returns Policy
Deliveries inside Kuwait are by Aramex. International shipping is via Fedex.
Shipping will be done as swiftly as possible depending on the day of the week. We will try to get the orders out to you as fast as we possibly can.
International buyers will receive a SMS notification when the order is dispatched with their FedEx tracking number included.
For our local buyers, orders placed after 5 pm Thursday will most likely be delivered on Saturday or Sunday afternoon.Other days of the week we will do our best to deliver the order on the same day or the next.
If there happens to be an urgency for delivery please add it on the "note to seller" section upon checkout or contact us via email or WhatsApp on +965 9788 0 788 with your note and we will try out best to oblige.
In addition, you will also receive a SMS message stating that your package is out for delivery and including the due amount in Kuwaiti Dinars. So please make sure to add a valid mobile number upon check out.
*An additional Bank Transfer option is also available on checkout.
After placing your order you will be given the bank information if paying with Bank Transfer. All orders will be shipped once payment is received.
Return & Exchange Policy:
There are no returns or exchanges once the pieces have been sold at the moment, due to the fact that they could be worn. It's possible to ask for more information or pictures about certain items and sizes so you can be sure of what you will receive and we will do our best to assist you. This includes all accessories and underwear, so please make sure you are purchasing your size, due to hygiene purposes we can not except returns or exchanges.
Belts are an exception, they can be exchanged only for a different size. You have 3 days from the invoice date if its a local order. For international order you have 14 days from the invoice date.
